An Ordinance adopting a franchise fee of three percent (3%) of the gross revenues from the operation of video service provider, Wheat State, Inc. as set forth in KSA 12-2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF UDALL, KANSAS, THAT:

Section 1. The video service provider fee pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2021 et seq. is hereby set at 3% of gross revenues pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2024(b).
